Very nice place to stay in Estes. Beds extremely comfortable. Great views from the room and patio area on 2nd floor. Breakfast area is nice, they were running short on bowls for chili and cereal but as we stayed over a Saturday it was understandable. Rooms are nice except for the showers, they definitely need updating.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful with information about the area and accessing the National Park. The hotel itself could use a little refresher, the rooms were a little run down and dirty. The exterior door didn't work the first day and it did not completely close almost like the door had been ripped from the hinges at some point and wasn't correctly set back in place. The breakfast options were extremely disappointing.

Everything was nice; the location, amenities, breakfast, staff although the rooms are not updated but I believe that kind of goes with the territory from what I see in other hotel ads. I could be wrong, but this hotel was fine. The deck outside in front is very nice and equipped with fire tables/chairs although the tanks were empty but offered a nice scenery. It has a huge game room, washers/dryers, and fireplace all in and around the lobby/downstairs area. Since we were mostly out in the Rockies, it was fine for us. area.

Good place to stay for a weekend in Estes Park. Super helpful and friendly front desk staff and a fun game room made for a great stay. There wasn't a lot to the breakfast buffet, so we ended up eating out. We had a room issue that was quickly resolved with a room change which they were able to accommodate even on a very busy weekend. Our mattress was super comfortable!
