Las Adelfas

Clean, quiet propriety. Receptionists great, everywhere English speakers. Every second day the cleaners would clean and change sheets and towels, a lots of towels in the rooms. The pool was not heated but that didnt stop us to use it in the middle of feb. Temperature was between 20-25 celsius outside, no rain at all but strong winds. The kitchen was equipped with everything even dishes, they provided with washing up liquid and sponge. They had washing machine in the back of the property and dryer that costed upto 5 euros to use them. They had a towel rent service and they offered bottles water in the reception 5l- 2,1 euro. The island doenst have drinkable tap water even though we used tap water for coffee and tea and cooking. I would recommend this property.

Run by lovely people that can not do enough to help you. Very central location with easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach. There was nothing to dislike

The location was great for Puerto Del Carmen. The food at the pool bar/restaurant was lovely and the staff are very friendly in there.

Visited in December as a couple. Very clean apartments with water & a carton of milk in the fridge on arrival. Apartment was spotless when we arrived, aloud us to check in earlier than usual (thankyou). Only a short walk away from anything, not far at all. The only thing I would say is, it’s a very quiet complex, it isn’t a problem but just stating. Also, when other rooms move furniture or place chairs down they screech and can hear so loudly I would recommend adding chair pads to each of the legs therefore a little quieter when moving in the rooms. Rooms was cleaned very regularly within the week. Would I visit again here? YES.

It was clean tidy and quite modern. easy.Within easy access to shops and bus stops.

Very good choice for a 9 night break. Stayed in apartment 222. Reception very helpful, and Tony and his team great with meals and entertainment.

We had a lovely weeks stay. The staff at reception and at the bar and restaurant could not be more accommodating and friendly . The food was great , all home cooked . The was bingo , quizzes and karaoke at night time night time which was good fun . The pool area was great and you could always get a sun bed . It’s a five minute walk away from the new town , which went on for a least a 30 minute walk to the old town . Lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Plenty of shops and entertainment . Close to beaches and the apartments were like home from home . Cooker, ironing board , iron, fridge, toaster and kettle. Comfy beds and apartments with pool view. Thanks again to Tony and his family and staff for making our holiday stay at this hotel one of our best experiences . You all work so hard to please each and everyone of your customers 😊😊.

Absolutely fantastic holiday with my Husband and 3 kids. Only supposed to be staying for 10 days, ended up staying another 5. Staff are amazing and always happy to help. Food and drink at the apartments was really good to. Really clean and well kept. Gutted we had to come home. Would highly recommend.
