The location was great. Near a lot of things to do in the black hills area. Check in was friendly and quick. Breakfast was so-so. Scrambled eggs, sausage link/patty and biscuits and gravy, toast/bagel. Was a little disappointed that there weren’t waffles. But overall, it was ok and was fresh. The rooms were a little out dated, but clean. Would stay there again

This hotel was good to stay at. The gentleman at the front desk who booked us in was amazing. Traveling with 2 individuals who need assistance, he helped us get a room near the lobby. He also helped us with a broken washing machine and went above and beyond. Our room was also nice. Breakfast did need to change it up a bit. It was the same menu the week we were there. I do plan on going back.

Just wasn’t ideal. The whole room smelled like mildew or mold and the A/C had its own odor that smelled like body odor. There were a few left over hairs in the shower, that was very nasty. Size was good but after unfolding the couch for the bed I wish I didn’t. It was nasty and the whole couch had an extra smell to it like some was perspiring on it for days. It was also very “stiff”. After going on a long vacation and seeing places in Cheyenne, Jackson, and Cody this was very disappointing. Bright side, The Chute Rooster next door was awesome and had a Great staff. Score 2.4 for BW out of 5. Do better
