Great hotel and location
Great hotel and location. We parked at the 'park and ride' at Seacourt and the the 400 bus only took about 10 minutes to Oxford then an additional 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Room 25 was lovely and as an old building there was no lift so a few stairs to climb. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. Currently due to COVID-19 they only serve continental breakfast and deliver on a tray outside door at a time requested. Top tip would be to ensure you have booked dinner reservations at restaurants in Oxford in advance rather than waiting until you arrive - we had difficulties on the 1st day as it was the 'Eat Out to Help Out Scheme' so most restaurants were fully booked.

Great location and comfortable.
Don’t book the breakfast at the moment during COVID as a waste of money. Not blaming the hotel because they can’t cater for food at the moment. There is an excellent cafe next door.

Adequate-possibly due to Covid 19 restrictions?
Positives - Room very clean, hotel good location in centre of Oxford, quiet at night. Negatives - Room very hot air con didn't appear to work. Fan given instead. Breakfast left on a tray to your door during the day(items needing to be refrigerated out all day)for the following morning. No drinks in mini bar. Bins not emptied our was overflowing after 2 nights. Lighting very poor in room. Expensive for the experience received.

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel, tucked away but centrally located. All was very quiet on arrival but someone eventually appeared to check me in. Friendly and efficient staff and clean and comfortable room.

Great find
The hotel is so central it’s great to go anywhere in Oxford from here. Friendly staff and so helpful. The colour schemes are great . The room was large and beds very comfortable. It was also very clean.

A little disappointing
The chap who showed us to our room was extremely helpful and polite. The mattress was the hardest I have ever had to sleep on and so didn't sleep much. No milk was left in our room and so I had to get re-dressed and go to reception as there was no answer when I telephoned. No Wifi. Didn't feel worth what we paid. I don't like doing this as I have never left a bad review but it was disappointing
