Neat spot!
We liked this place. The rooms were clean and there was a big living area/kitchen to use as a common room. It's in a neat area with a lot of eco-friendly stuff around, a cafe, places to walk, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Rent a room to support a good cause.
The guest rooms are part of the income producer for a special needs training and assistance program within the complex. Check in is in the coffee house in the middle of the community, which was a little confusing. That is also where breakfast is served. It is a little walk, or very short drive, from the two guesthouse buildings. The rooms were nice with no complaints, once I understood the layout. It is a nice guesthouse with administration handled in a different area within the community. It is a non-profit assistance group for a good cause. It helps knowing that your room charge is going to a good cause as opposed to someone's new car payment.

Try somewhere else
The place is very poorly managed. We needed to talk to 6 employees before we were able to get our keys. The place is old and the water smells like rotten eggs.

Nice place
Good value for Iceland. There were some American students but they were fine they didn't make much noise. Considering that the walls are very thin it was a relief. They have a hot pool opened until 10pm.
