Nice Flat near Victoria Station
We were in flat 202 and it was very nice. Well kept, everything you need for a long stay, central location, very comfortable and actually quite spacious for a downtown flat. Even the kitchen had the basics. There is road noise that comes up from the street but the windows do an excellent job of blocking it and the reality is that you are in downtown London, not out in the countryside! The only downside was the entire check-in procedure. As directed I contacted the staff a week ahead to get check-in information. Although very friendly, they were of no help and could not even confirm that my reservation was complete. Over the course of no less than a dozen emails, all of which went unanswered, and multiple phone calls I finally determined I needed to send in pictures of the credit card I used to reserve the booking on Expedia. I had to do this twice because the first picture was not clear enough - but no one ever told me that. I had to call and find out for myself. In the end, less than a day ahead of arrival - while we were actually en route to London - I finally received confirmation. But I still did not get the check-in procedure until literally walking from Victoria to the flat. It unfortunately made the start of the trip beyond stressful and put a damper on what really ended up being a fantastic place to stay.

Great family apartment, awesome location
This is an awesome apartment rental for a family in a safe area near Victoria station. There is a Little Waitrose (a healthy grocery store) and farmer's market within one block so that you can make your own healthy meals without eating out for every meal. The apartment was very clean and we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bath plus the living room and kitchen. All of the rooms are good sized although the kitchen doesn't have a lot of foot space but is very economical with its use of space. The apartment was stocked with the bare essentials: basic kitchen supplies, basic toiletries, enough towels for one per person, standard bedding (no extra bedding was given for sofa bed) and soap for 2 loads of laundry and 2 dishwasher cycles. The apartment is on an intersection and you will have ambient street noise all night. The internet is only passable. We were not able to hook up our kids' iPads and other devices for streaming. We were able to hook up one iPad and make sure it remained in certain areas for continued service. The appliances are really, really small. The washer/dryer (all one machine) can fit about 2 beach towels and takes 4-5 hours to complete one load. There is no front desk, its an apartment building. You must follow all pre-visit emails to make sure you can access the building at arrival. You also can't expect to call anybody to bring you more towels or blankets but there is a local staff you can call for maintenance (broken garbage disposal).

Nice place, poor service.
Let me start by saying that the apartment was very nice overall. The location I felt was very good (8 min walk from Victoria Station and about a 15 min walk from Parliament). Grocery store 4 min walk and lots of eating choices within a 6 min walk. We stayed 4 nights and were out late a couple of those nights and did not feel unsafe in the neighborhood. I would have given 5 stars if not for a couple of problems. First, the Internet connection info we were given did not work. We had 4 adults trying on multiple devices and things just wouldn't connect with the password we were given- the network we were told to select didn't even show up as an option. Also we had a blind in our bedroom that would randomly unlock in the middle of the night and fly open- not very helpful for sleeping. These two issues knocked the ratings down one star. The second star was knocked off because when I contacted them after my second night of frustration by using email when I had access to Wi-Fi on a bus tour, I received no acknowledgement whatsoever from management. I know the email was sent because I copied it to myself. Nothing got fixed during our stay and most frustrating of all was not acknowledging the problem or the complaint. Not folks that I will do business with again.

Still awaiting my promised refund
Paid for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. Was given a 1 bedroom / 1 bath instead. When i pointed this out to the management company they told me its only 4 people staying in the room so we will be just as comfortable. I wasn't impressed and i was then offered a "better unit" a few miles away. I explained that the reason i chose that hotel was that it was very close to Victoria station with a direct train to Gatwick ( lots of suitcases , nightmare to drag about the london underground) so i reluctantly kept the 1 bedroom with a promised refund of around $40 per night. 2 weeks later I'm still awaiting my refund. I'm tired running up my phone bill with overseas calls to England. Overall poor experience dealing with Q-apartments

Fabulous Place But Beware of Check-in Policy
This was an amazing place to stay. From the kitchette and laundry in the apartment to the spaciousness, we loved it. It was also the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. It’s close by bus or walking to Buckingham Palace and theaters. But we booked it last minute while we were already in London, and it made for a headache as we had to send pictures of us with our passports, and a picture of our credit card. (It wouldn’t be as difficult if you’re doing that from home prior to your visit, but I was spending so much time proving my identity in advance that I was missing out on more sightseeing. Overall, we loved it though. There’s a post office, pubs, restaurants (even a Pret) across the street or very close by. It’s true to the photos.
