They upgraded us to Pullman. The room was just wonderful, spacious and clean. The staff at the Breakfast were amazing. I especially liked Deepak. He went extra miles to serve us. We requested some Mangoes and he served us some good mangoes. We were very happy. However, it was very complicated to log into WiFI. I could not access WiFi into my laptop. I then tried to call at the front desk but the intercom was not working. I later mentioned to front desk staff but nobody showed up to fix it. I am also very disappointed that TV was not working well. There were no channel for World Cup football in Five star hotel!

Clean room, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was great and staff very polite. The renovation work meant there was a faint smell of paint everywhere, but it was bearable. Hotel seems to be used a lot for work conferences, which meant loud music into the night - the windows didn't quite block it out, but earplugs meant I got to sleep.
