The thermostat in our room wasn't working to cool the room. We set it to 68 degrees but stayed at 74 degrees all night. We were only there one night. The front desk staffer Paul was very nice and friendly plus he suggested all kinds of activities we could do while in town. Our room was very nice but the bed was on the firm side, but other than the thermostat issue we loved it. Breakfast was really good. We'd stay again!

Cute historic hotel. There were great points about the hotel: location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. There were also some not so great: the air conditioning is a portable air conditioner, which worked well it was just loud. The ice machine was out of order, the pool was out of order, and there were not any forks either day at breakfast. I would probably stay there again because I really like the location and the staff.

Excellent staff, very accommodating to make sure the best experience. I got upgraded to a queen suite which was super nice. I love chilling in their natural hot springs hot tub. It is so relaxing. Breakfast is good with a lot of options including healthy snacks. Easy parking and right next to the walk path to the river. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone.
