The beds were comfortable, the carpets in the hallway were very dirty and stained. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a leftover drink in the refrigerator ,so not sure how clean the room was.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is wonderful for my reactive dog, helping me avoid people Don't like the yogurt dispenser. Seems like a likely germ dispenser and they're cheaping out. Don't ever stay more than one night but dislike the policy of no longer cleaning rooms in multi nigh stays. More cheaping out.

The room and facilities were clean. Food not the best. Mattresses and pillows were not as comfortable like we’ve experienced in other Best Western hotels. The pool was great!

4/10 Fair

Hotel was not very clean upon arrival. Floors were especially dirty and there was a smell. The rooms were tidy enough but not sure if actually clean. Didn’t use any of the other amenities, and ate breakfast elsewhere.
