I agree with the overall score of four; my room was small but comfortable, WIFI worked well. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is close to the Redline station and only 15 minutes from MIT, where I was attending a conference. In the Boston area, it represents very good value for money.

New hotel in great location
Great location: Only 2 minutes from Porter T station (where you can take the red line to reach downtown Boston in 20-30 minutes). Opposite an outdoor mall with a 24-hour CVS and supermarket. Good selection of restaurants, pubs, and cafes next door and further afield along Massachusetts Ave. Brand new hotel and generally in good condition. But there are 3 drawbacks: No catering options or room service inside the hotel - although the hotel does provide free bagels and muffins during breakfast time in the apparently soon-to-be restaurant area and free coffee and tea in the lobby area. The pipes within the walls are unusually loud at night and you can hear water flowing through them from time to time. The climate control system in the room is a bit loud.

Stayed for a week of a 2 week holiday in America. Initially was disappointed with the size of the room, underestimated when booking. The management where great when I requested a change. The hotel was almost full but they could not have been more helpful moving us twice until the bigger room was available. A big thank you to Mason who sorted it all out. This is a newly built boutique hotel in the heart of Cambridge, two minutes from the underground and 20 mins in to Boston. The local area has lots of friendly , bars and restaurants, our favourite Christophers's which is next door to hotel. As the bar and restaurant is not operating yet the management offered free hot drinks, available daily, with free muffins and bagels at breakfast. Would return again when next in Boston

Nice, quiet, clean hotel located about 20 minutes from central Boston by public transport. Local area feels safe and well catered for - supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants. Hotel doesn't currently have a restaurant but offers excellent muffins and bagels in the morning from a local bakery. No in-house fitness centre, but they have a deal with a local gym for $10 day pass.
