These suites are operated by a separate entity from the people who are managing the building. The people who are renting the rooms are not present at the property and I had a problem checking in -- they forgot to leave the key for us and we had to find somewhere else to stay -- although the guy at the front (who belongs to the company that is managing the building) told me such trouble had never happened. Luckily they delivered the key later that night and we were able to stay there after the 2nd night I booked and they quickly refunded for the first night. Otherwise great place (close to the station, clean, relatively reasonable, etc.)

Great stay
Key and instructions for a room was waiting for us in the lobby upon arrival. We arrived in the evening and the security provided us with envelope. We had 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. We had more than we needed. Also the grocery store and few bars were close by. Coffee shop was just beside the building and Path train to NYC was 5 min walk. Very convenient location and we would recommend this apartment and stay here again. Parking wasn't available at the building but garage was 2 streets down at $26/day.

Perfect for Jersey City of NYC
Dharma Home Suites at The Art House was perfect for my business trip. Close to the Path station, 10-minute walk to the office and plenty of fun restaurants and drinking establishments nearby. Easy check in with a 24 hour doorman and the apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will be staying here next time I am in town

Close to transportation
This is a rental building but the view is very good, staff is courteous, and the room is clean. Please plan your parking ahead of time as their are limited spots, but garages all over $19 per day.
