A good stay for a family
Check-in desk was very helpful on the evening we checked in - couldn’t do enough for us, very chatty etc. However, the breakfast staff (apart from 1 talk young boy) were not particularly friendly or helpful. We asked for crispy bacon and the kitchen said no, then the waitress didn’t actually let us know… so we were waiting a while. In the room, the tap was positioned terribly so that the sink constantly flooded over and onto the floor - we ended up washing hands in the bath! Then, the front of the sink cabinet fell off - luckily nobody was hurt. Location is fantastic!

Overall great stay
Really comfortable room (double deluxe executive). Staff were lovely and friendly, although the Hudson restaurant was understaffed and had to wait ages to order (no fault of the waitresses, who were all lovely!). Great cocktails in the Hudson too!
