Hotel bathroom floor is extremely slippery, I took a heavy fall and didnt break any bones by sheer luck and the fact that I'm not elder. Extremely risky liability, this would never pass in a serious country.

Amazing
This was the return trip, and the hotel is is exceptional is it has always been. From the design, the condition of the rooms, to the beautiful art throughput the property, everything is top class. breakfast fantastic come on see happy hour at the lounge features gourmet food and drinks. And the service is incredible. Receptionists are very helpful and I’d like to mention Camilo.

The first room they gave was pretty loud, i could hear the people next to me coughing and talking all night. I complained and they immediately put me in a much better and quiet room. I give the hotel 4/5.. i couldnt get warm water half my showers either

Room’s smelling mold, shower is very bad and bathroom are licking and damaged some of my personal stuffs. It’s my second time having a bad time on Hilton . I am done with Hilton for god !! ☹️

I think they need to be more proficient to respond to all questions that guest may have. Seemed like they have minimal information to provide when you need a tour and things like that. Also they really need to change the microwave that is at the lobby. Looks old and very dirty.
