The new section of the hotel tower is extremely nice and the rooms are terrific. The elevators are a pain as you have to insert a card every time and the valet service requires you to check in with a desk each time so they can verify your identity and determine if you have to pay. They should provide a card that you can use for the entire stay. Other than that it was a great experience.

Nice room that needs some tweaking
Good location and good restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. Room's electrical system (side lamps and lights over head will turn on at the same time-unable to turn on separately) and cable TV-audio- frequently disrupted. Water pressure bathroom sink very low. If those issues are resolved, then the rating could be higher.

We enjoyed our stay here but it was too short. Wish we could have stayed longer and done more exploring of Milwaukee. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Just in town for a single night for a meeting
My room was excellent, great condition, very large, and comfortable. All of our staff interactions were super friendly. Valet parking is free of charge (tip of course!) for hotel guests. With a meeting downtown, and some restaurant exploring in the Historic Third Ward didn't do anything with the on-site restaurants.
