Rooms were smelling cigarets. English level of service was absolutly zero. Even simply question for :"check out?" started the confused hasling in reception. There was a free transportation from the airport but couldnt use it by lack of information where it leaves or how it works. Cant understand why simply information about opening hours of spa or breakfast werent in a prominant place. Spa and breakfast were fine. Overall cant recomend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent food. Spa facilities were limited and no pool at all. Spa facilities are male and female only. Female side only has a sauna and steam room (which wasn't working on our visit). Quite far out from everything so needed to rely on taxis, which are expensive.

We stayed only one night and unfortunately the room had no water, we called the reception and they said we would have water but when it arrived a little it was full of earth and yellow. We couldn't brush our teeth or bathe in that dirty water. We think we weren't the only ones because when we were in reception there were more people complaining.

The hotel & rooms were nice looking & spacious. Breakfast was really good. The lifts were very small. Door card didn't work due to the digitised lock being broken (all the staff already seemed to know this) so had to get let in every time by the bell boy (who was good at his job) with the master card. The TV remote wasn't working so tried to call reception but the phone wasn't working. Eventually the phone & remote were both replaced. Wondering why the room was even being used when there were plenty of others & it wasn't busy???? Would have been a good stay if the 3 problems werent an issue.
