Nice and Cozy
They stay was very nice, room was clean when we arrived. I liked that they had recycling trash can. I would only have 1 complain is that our room was not cleaned. When I called down to find out why, I was told that you needed to request it. I wish they would have told me this when we checked in. Had to call for more towels.

Careful booking multiple rooms.
The hotel is usually great, but this time I booked 2 rooms, 1 for myself and 1 for my parents through Hotels.com. When I got there, they charged me a 2nd time for my parents' room and now have to jump through hoops to get the money refunded.

A little disappointed
We arrived at 11;30pm, ready for a shower and bed. Only one towel and one hand towel in the room! We called to the lobby and received towels within ten minutes…. get in the shower and the body wash dispenser was empty! The bed was comfortable with nice pillows! We chose the hotel because of the shuttle from the airport, but we won’t choose to stay there on our way out of the city.
