Mamas house is so convenient. Walking distance to Trevi fountain Spanish step pantheon and the market is right on your doorstep. The facilities are great. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was wonderful the lady running it was so friendly. We had a lovely pick up from the airport organised - highly recommend

Great hotel. The location is very central with easy walking access to all major attractions. The staff is very friendly and is there for whatever you need. The rooms are very nice. The only reason why this review is not 5 stars is because the bed was very hard. There was no elevator on my side of the building but the staff carried our bags up and down the stairs. Everything was great besides the bed

The suite was spacious and overlooked the piazza. The room in beautiful. However, unfortunately the first night the downstairs restaurant music and crowd was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep. The owner did speak w the restaurant and the following two night it was fine. The breakfast downstairs was the best. Nice bathroom and two large windows overlooking piazza di fiori and daily market

The room was a nice size and very clean. It was a different experience but we loved the square and market right outside. The first day and night was a little rough because we were exhausted and we had a hard time resting because of chairs moving around constantly on top of us. Also I room was right next to the reception so that was a little loud , too. But, with our phone fan app we were able to at least drown out the reception noise. The second night was much quieter!! Loved the location and friendly staff.
