Staff tried their best being super helpful and friendly, polite and kind. A type of kindness that it’s unusual to find. However the infrastructure needs urgente update . Internet kept crashing , air conditioning stopped working once. When informed, the maintenance fixed and again broke during the night. The owner really needs to invest on infrastructure. Food was amazing!

Incredible value for money and we had efficient and timely customer service. In addition, when we needed help with a pharmacy purchase, the front desk was immediately on it and helped us have it resolved in 15 minutes. The breakfast had a good variety and great tapioca. The beautiful sea right outside and close to everything, super convenient. I highly recommed!

The people working there are very nice! The place is average and I only stayed one night on my way to another city. I would not chose this hotel to stay for a vacation. The area is horrible and not that nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for one night. I didn’t like the food either!!! I give five stars to all the members of staff, they are very friendly and if it wasn’t for them I’d rate this place even lower!!!

Room was clean, the swimming pool and kids area are very nice, and with an excellent beach in front of the hotel. Service depends, not excellent 100% of the time, sometimes really slow and sometimes just did not happen. Hotel is quite old, but ok, you just sleep at the room. But overall super happy with the stay! Thanks!

OS vasos sanitários tem problemas acredito que pela pouca força da agua usada nos mesmos, além disso os chuveiros para conseguir equilibrar entre quente e frio é muito complicado, pois ele não respeita as dosagens abertas no registro.. Exemplo se abrimos muito ou pouco o frio ou que seja o quente tanto faz. ele ou coloca muito quente queimando (que é um perigo para crianças) ou coloca muito frio.

Recomendo o hotel Praia do Sol, lugar acolhedor, familiar, aconchegante. Toda a equipe de profissionais do hotel é maravilhosa. Sr Geraldo, o jardineiro é um artista da natureza!!! Excelente hospedagem!!! A equipe do hotel é sensacional, desde a recepção, atendimento no bar, piscina e restaurante, camareiras. A limpeza impecável!!! Os jardins perfeitos!!! Toda a equipe da recepção me surpreendeu, antes de chegar liguei e perguntei da possibilidade de check in antecipada, sugeriu a chegar antes e assim que o quarto estivesse higienizado permitiria acesso e como opção deixar as malas e aguardar nas dependências do hotel, no check out o Igor foi muito atencioso permitindo também flexibilizar a saída, isto tudo mostra o profissionalismo em proporcionar o melhor aos hospedes. Vamos falar do hotel, o quarto cama muito confortável, chuveiro excelente, frigobar...senti falta de apenas uma chaleira eletrica. O café da manhã muito bom, com algumas opções de produtos sem glúten, tapioca feito na hora. As dependências do hotel pé na areia fantástico, com opções de coberturas de sapé, espreguiçadeiras, barzinho com cerveja geladíssima. Areia branquinha onde voce pode levar crianças e vi até monitor entretendo as crianças, há musica ao vivo, jardim muito bem cuidado. Estes detalhes que relatei, me proporcionará organizar familiares e retornar a Ilhéus e me acomodar novamente neste HOTEL.
