Not a good area, pretty dangerous at night but good links to the centre and to the race circuit.

Relaxing place to be.
I enjoyed the stay, loved the breakfast and service. Couple hundred feet from the subway a plus.

Clean and great location. NO AC
I loved that it was clean, the location was great. I did not like the rudeness of the hotel guard. I came to visit family with my siblings and we brought luggage’s the fact that my uncle couldn’t help us take our luggage to our room since the hotel employees did not offer to help. They wanted to charge me for taking him to my room. He was rude and my siblings and I felt so uncomfortable and made my visitors feel unwanted.

Nice hotel in a bad location.
A very nice hotel. The rooms facing Calzada Tlalpan are noisy so I upgraded to an interior room. The restaurant serves buffet style and should be improved. It is not always a family hotel. The neighborhood is bleak, without services and the walk at night for a block to the metro is uncomfortable.

The area was really bad with a lot of street hookers and the hotel was trying to charge me extra then what I booked.
