The most friendliest host ever!
What an excellent host Francesco was! He gave us all the info we need and some perfect recommendations of where to eat etc. He has umbrellas on standby just in case the weather isn't perfect. A very welcoming man. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we expected / needed. The B&B itself, is around 15-20mins from the train station , so perfect for travel. A 20 to 30 minute walk will take you to the colosseum Sadly the Spanish steps were under restoration during our visit. We will be using this as an excuse to stay at the Daysleeper B&B again! We hope to see you soon again Francesco!

Day sleeper review
The owner was very helpful and extremely accommodating We had missed our train from Florence the night before we were to check out. They gave us as much time as we needed to leave. The room itself was ok and needed improvement. The television wasn't working properly and in the bathroom the ceiling needed to be repaired. The breakfast consists of several wrapped (not fresh) breakfast items that you have to prepare yourself in your room with a provided toaster and cappuccino maker (a plus) More importantly, the air conditioning was barely existent The other problem is the photo of the building. It is not in the best area. The building is covered in grafetti and is right next to the train tracks. We did advise the owner of these problems upon leaving. Hopefully he will repair these issues
