Nice big room but too hot and no air con. The window wouldn’t stay open. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very near the tram line into the city centre so transport is easy.

no elevator to 3rd floor where they gave me a room, hit the ceiling with my head few times because the room was in the attic, toilet was hardly reachable (after the stairs), finally they charged me 10EUR more for each night without any reason (just realized after came back home)

Overall our stay was good. However, parking at the hotel was full, so we had to park on the street. Or room was chilly (despite the radiators). Breakfast was good although not included with the room.

An old building nicely renovated....except no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room, that didn't work, I asked for a replacement three different times, but never happened. Other than that, the staff was very good answering questions.

Great stay
Had a really nice stay at the Best Western Hotel Den Haag. The hotel is located about 2 km away from the beach and is near two really beautiful, big parks. Lots of cycling and walking opportunities around the area and about 40 minutes walk to the city center. You can rent a bike from the hotel, which allows you to explore e.g. the dunes, the city itself or the parks nearby. Definitely worth it! The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. The single room was clean and compact. The bed was a bit on the small side, but very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is in the international district and very quiet. Lots of interesting buildings and restaurants nearby to explore.
