The property is located just steps away from Termini and inside an old building (which we found very cool). There is no elevator and the property is not wheelchair accessible but if you’re able to get up at least 3 sets of stairs, you’ll be ok. Breakfast was at a local cafe on your way back to Termini to start your day which was very handy. While we didn’t use the cooking facilities, it was nice to have the option as well as an in-room fridge to store some night cap drinks or evening snacks if we wanted to. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Rome!

There were no redeeming qualities in this property. Inside a locked iron gate because the neighborhood was so dangerous. Inside there was peeling paint, mold on the walls and shower tiles. Air conditioners high on the walls. My husband had to climb on a chair to turn on. Lighting very poor. No outlet near bed for my husband's CPap. No one in the office in the evening. New guests banging on our door to get their rooms!! Take this property off your list.

WORST HOTEL EVER! the walls were so thin tht I could hear the people next door walking around, snoring ect. The light from next door was even peaking through the door. Mid shower the hot water ran out, the floor was really dirty, the main light was flickering. The road is very loud and dodgy people constantly stood outside the gate so it doesn't feel safe at all.

Do not be fooled by the pictures and description. This place is badly looked after, and worst of all they do not seem to care that their marketing may deceive you. The room was nothing like the photos : it was bare, dirty, had no toiletries; the 'furniture' (one wooden chair) was tatty and broken and neither of the lamps worked. When we spoke to the person on the front desk (in another building, and only available until 2.30pm, after which time you had to call a mobile), he shrugged, and sald 'when you go to a car showroom you might see a ferari, but that's not the car you are going to get.' It would have been funny if it wasn't so bad. Dishonest advertising and a very shabby place. A shame because it is handy for the station and the colisseum and the room could have been nice with a bit of care.
