This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back.

Staff very nice and well trained, check in was 5 minutes, a very big room with everything new. Very well maintained inside and out. Ice cold A/C. Could benefit from more bed sheets and more pillows. The property itself is beautiful, just it is no worthy enough for the price, check in was kind bumpy I wasn’t informed of the facilities of the place, my sheet was kind dirty when I get to my room there was a cockroach in the room, after 7:pm there is no one around the front desk than can help you, overall stay was okay because we loved the view and the pools are amazing.

Unfortunately for me I came the day before the big fire at the next door resort. I originally booked 2 nights but could only stay 1 because we had to evacuate the building and leave because the fire was really close to us and was becoming a threat. The property however is beautiful and the views are great the rooms however were a lil outdated the bathroom door was all messed up paint peeling off and also the mirror was rusty and outdated, they were no blankets in the room just a plane sheet it was so cold we had to use our pool towels to cover up no1 was at reception to assist us! On the day of the fire a guest had to knock on my door and tell me that the building was evacuating nobody from the resort came and told us anything and I find that was really unprofessional of them because if that person didn’t come to warn us we would have never known anything until the very last minute! I requested a refund because I did not use my 1 night and they said they could not refund me which I find is unfair because I did not get to use the my stay it was not my fault and then after back and forth they agreed to a 80% refund which I have no received or even heard from them to today to confirm that it was done or anything!
