Lovely B&B
Thank you very much Alison & Steve for a lovely stay, I run a Norwich Social Adventure group and we visit Wales several times each year. You have a great first-class B&B in a fantastic location. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed & clean en-suite bath/shower room. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice, the dinning area was nicely spaced out with great views of the gardens and wildlife. If this wasn’t enough your attention to detail and customer service is second to none. You are both perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, thank you once again for a great stay, I fully recommend your B&B and will stay again.

Lovely Place too stay
Lovely hotel, lovely owners who couldn't do enough to help you with great knowledge of the area. Room were great and had loads of sockets for plugs and phones/tablets. Room had a great view and was cleaned everyday, with plenty of tea and coffee. Also we were left chocolats, biscuits and fresh water everyday. Beautiful place,in a beautiful location with lovely owners. Definitely recommend it and go back.

Our first guesthouse stay but not our last
Stayed here for two nights and had an excellent stay. The owners are welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area giving advise of things to do etc if you need it. The rooms are clean with all the amenities you can need and more. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from with both hot & cold options and you could tell the use local products. The location is within walking distance of Betws-y-coed village and well placed for visiting zip world too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.
