Disappointing
Bad check in they tried to charge 20 euros to check in 1 and a half hours early. When I pointed out I was an accor member suddenly things changed The staff said it was because I booked through hotel.com why didn’t I use Accor........well hotel.com was 35 euros a night cheaper. Service here was not great......I rang down for an extra pillow and was told I would have to come to reception and get one........not great service😢 Room small but clean.......no complimentary water.........really? Breakfast was extremely poor.....they don’t even have a toaster. The location just outside train station is great however the hotel is not. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again there are many many better hotels for sure

Very good position opposite Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Only issue came at the bar - a friend went and ordered two Gin and Tonics and, later, another two. When the bill came we had been given, and charged for, double Gin and Tonics on both occasions. So instead of the four we should have received and paid for it was eight!

Ideal hotel for Berlin
Great hotel ideal for travelling round Berlin as it is right next door to the underground station . Staff friendly. Room is small and basic but does what is needed. Would definitely stay again.
