The worst experience I had in Turkey for last 15 years. They robbed me off. I’m using this hotel for at least 30 nights each year for last 5 years. They said I used the mini bar, I didn’t even touch it, I didn’t use the complimentary water. This is second time they accused me to collect money from me, especially when I’m in a hurry to go to airport. I throw the money on their face ( double), because it’s not about how much money, it’s just how dirty they played this game over and over. I was planning to stay for another week this month, but it’s no way. Stay away from this hotel, worst experience, rude staff, low quality. you can find much better hotels in Istanbul. This one not even 3 stars, I don’t know how they got 5 stars hotel, it’s disgusting.

The worst hotel in the world. A staff physically harrased me, and they even called the police, planning to put fear in me. Thank GOD i have a lawyer in Istanbul. When the supervisor came in the morning and i was trying to report to him, he did not even want to listen to me because of the lies they have fed him. I have aksed them to check their video and see how a staff physically harrased me.

I was charged from the mini bar for something which we did not use and the minibar staff insisted we used some products from the stocks which we did not because we had a plenty of our own products with us and said we did not but the minibar staff was insistent that they cannot make mistake.
