Location is good, spacious and well equipped place, balcony is nice and the place itself as a whole is excellent. Just a pity we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the facilities. Would definitely recommend.

The place to stay in downtown LA...
We were in LA to see the fabulous Sparks and chose this very comfortable apartment/hotel building in downtown LA with free parking, a spacious, well equipped apartment and the use of some great facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball court etc. All staff were very friendly and helpful and there were several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

All-round brilliant!
We LOVED this place! The suite was immaculate, and everything in it seemed to be brand new. Really spacious and luxurious, great functionality and attention to detail. The pool is as big as it looks in the pictures, there were too many amenities to make use of in the time, the views were fabulous, and I still can't quite believe what great value for money it was! The staff were lovely. This place is great for families and we felt really safe here. We had brunch at The Ace Hotel and loved shopping at Whole Foods, both of which are 2 minutes away. We stayed in Malibu prior to our stay here, and the drive was pretty quick what with what we've heard about LA traffic. From here we got an Uber to Salazar, and the next day drove to Abbot Kinney Boulevard for shopping, as well as Hollywood and to eat at The Standard. Could have done with more time to explore Downtown some more as it looks really fun. In love with LA!

Smart and spacious apartment in downtown LA
It is a very modern, elegant and spacious hotel in downtown LA. It is operated as a service apartment rather than a hotel. It got kitchen etc in each flat which is very convenient. The appliances are very new and nice. The down side is that it does not offer room cleaning service unless you stay more than 5 nights. The valet service was good but very pricey and there are 2-3 pay parking lots next to the hotel which charge a lot less to park overnight.

Great apartment wth all you need!
The property was a great choice for many reasons. The apartment had two separate bathrooms and bedrooms, which was perfect for a stay with my friend. In the building you’ll find many attractions - like a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, table tennis, seating area, a BBQ corner and an outdoor cinema. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location of the building is also perfect - there is a cafe and a restaurant inside of the building and the supermarket is just a few meters away. Great choice for travelers who look for a great stay!

Great stay, need new parking attendants.
The stay was amazing but me and my friends had arrived before our additional guests came and the parking attendant gave them issues with parking in the garage. We let the front desk know ahead of time that they would be arriving, put their names down and signed for it. He kept saying they weren’t on the list and couldn’t let them in. We had to come down twice and speak with front desk and the moment they saw us they automatically pointed to their names. Other than that stay and view was great.

Second time was dissapointing
Second time staying here, first time was great, second time was dissapointing, room was not in the best shape for the $354 per night I paid for, security showed up at my room at 9pm claiming there was a noise complaint when it was just me and another person watching tv, party was upstairs from us and down the hall, they claimed they had to come in and check, elevators were not working, had to take walk ten levels up, charged twice for the room still waiting a day later for my money to get reinbursed.
