Save your money!
Human error on several occasions caused this review. Don’t bother going as it’s clear the staff don’t care. I spent £600 a night for two nights getting the best room in the hotel and it wasn’t cleaned / checked properly from the last guest. Like I say lazy / wrong attitude or human error is to blame.
