this was a one night stay and it was fine. the hotel is fairly new, so not yet run down. all was clean except to me, the bathroom floor.

I was given wrong check in time over phone. So I was aggravated for sure,but the woman at front desk named Madison took care of the issue . The energy she gave off calmed me right down. She was absolutely amazing. She resolved the issue very fast. I genuinely felt as though she cared. I really wish more hotels had workers like her. I will absolutely book at this hotel again, and hope to see Madison as my welcoming smiling face.

Smoke alarm went off for nearly 45 minutes on Sunday morning. Additionally there was a cleaning crew speaking loudly back-and-forth down the hallways starting at around 8:30 AM. I have a late meeting on Sunday and was hoping to sleep in. Obviously that didn’t happen.

Perfect for our night after our wedding! Checked in at 4 AM and check out was 11, but they didn’t hound us like other hotels to get out. They were very patient and let us leave when we were ready! It’s super nice and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
