Found my new favorite hotel in Manhattan. Very comfortable, wonderful service, and ton of dining option around. My only thing was that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear "everything" my neighbors were doing. Good for them...

Great location, great staff!
Was a great location! The service was amazing, loved the texting aspect…very modern. Room was very cool, I loved the tv in the wall/swivel in front of the bed. It’s just a bit small. But for the price and all, was absolutely worth it. 2 things, the walls a bit thin and honking from Holland Tunnel can be a bit much if you leave the windows open.

AC unit was so loud and clicked on every 20 minutes which ruined sleep. We’ve stayed there many times and understand and appreciate the small-room concept but they still need to be good spaces for sleeping. Time to make improvements.
