Bad Idea
I rented a room here for 10 days, it's under $40 per night and I had so much paperwork to do that I thought I would take a place, set up a temporary office and bear down and get it done. The hotel was offered as an efficiency with full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, etc. so I fifured that I could bring in a few pots and pans and some groceries and focus on the task in front of me undistrurbed by hotel luxuries. But even though I pre-paid for ten days I only stayed one night. The place is small which is not an issue but there is only one small table and no desk at all. There are two chairs in the room that are like cheap conference room chairs, the type that stack when the meeting is done. I brought an all-in-one computer, a lap top and a printer and found that I had more hardware than could fit. When I set up the computer there was no room for the lap top and no place for mouse pads or a place to locate my note book. The printer was on the floor. Totally un productive. I booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com and when I packed up the following morning to leave I asked about a refund even if partial having stayed for 16 hours, I had paid for 10 days. But no refund is available. The property houses many low income people who actually live there. A man was in the parking lot with his car jacked up and tools everywhere in the parking lot and I saw people with laundry carts with enough clothes for a small family. Never again. Not a real hotel at all.

The "hotel" was more like a transient motel. The agreement they request you sign states that you understand payment is not the equivalent to signing a lease? The cleanest part of this "hotel" was the parking lot. There was a greasy film on the registration counter, I was afraid to touch it. The "clerk" was sloppily dressed (I don't think sagging pants are appropriate for customer service positions) and had a body odor that reached across the counter. There were food crumbs on the floor of the elevator. The room they assigned me had not been cleaned, the beds looked liked someone had just gotten out of them, obviously the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was a used bath towel on the counter of the kitchenette. There was also a sheet of paper posted in the room that during "rehab?" they hotel would be fumigating. When I made my concerns known at the front desk I was asked if I wanted a smoking room even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room. For the cost of the room I was not expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting a clean, non-smoking room. Finally, as I was calling travelocity to request a refund (the clerk gave me the wrong #) there was a roach crawling across the floor. My major concern then was not taking any additional travels home with me. In summary, the hotel/transient motel was NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. Will never, ever, ever, ever even go near the neighborhood it's in.

The Motel 6 of Extended Stay businesses
I would not stay here again, and was glad I got a discount rate on the Hotel.com app.It was not worth full price. I would say this is the Motel 6 of Extended Stay locales. Looking at it that way, I would have had lower expectations - except for the bugs in the room. The check in area did not have a clean smell, can't put my finger on it, but it was not clean. It just had a grungy look. The room was stuffy when we entered and there were some bugs - there was a sign hanging in the kitchen area informing 4th floor tenants they would have to move on Weds. as the pest control people would be coming. Mattress not overly comfortable - bed linens comparable to Motel 6. Room also had some kind of smell that we couldn't discern. Wi-Fi was frustrating - only allowed one device for free, and we logged out/disabled the Ipad so we could use the phone, but to no avail. A little confusing as to how to reach the destination, since it looks like it's right off the frontage road, but you can't reach it that way. It was not even a 12-hour stay, so we lived & learned. I would not have wanted to stay here for a second night.

Worst place I have EVER stayed.
When we got to the property we were informed they had no rooms with double beds and we could go somewhere else or do a full bed and pull out love seat. We had no where else we could go because the ones we could afford were sold out. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out love seat. The mattress was filthy and all kinds of dirt,etc. came out when we unfolded it. While we were trying to get that taken care of a fight broke out in the hall a woman was calling for help and screaming about another person going to jail. The police and an ambulance came. I was afraid the entire night. Also the property claims there is free wifi but actually only one device can have wifi and we had to call an 800 number to get it. The entire stay was horrible. I can not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed three nights and four days
The biggest problem I had was I reserved a smoking room. Upon arrival (3PM) they described how they were out of smoking rooms and to return the next day to see if one had opened. Three is the earliest I could have checked in, right after the rooms are cleaned, and they didn’t have one. I’m patient, so I waited and every day there after they told me I was going to have to stay in a room I did NOT reserve. Why? They said they needed to keep the smoking rooms for people who have yet to check in. They were horrible to me when I tried explaining I was here first and what about MY reservation. The staff was rude when I asked for fresh towels or shampoo. The place was very clean and impressive as a building. Staff was miserable.
