The room was somewhat outdated, but it was clean. Had the typical bed, dresser, tv and table. There was a fridge but it was not plugged in. And there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Also the toilet was leaking from somewhere. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean! At the time we were there it was quiet. It was friendly and in a good location.

Rooms and parking were accessible!!! Shops were more than close. If you stay here stop at lil’bites cafe!!! We were 8 mins from pismo. But Grover beach is 4 mins up the street!!! Staff was more than welcoming. They accommodated when needed and when the tv didn’t work they were there to fix it for my kids!!!

When you enter the room you will see earplugs. You will need them. The walls do not block sound much at all. The floor was filthy. The mattress was awful. The sink didn't drain beyond a trickle. The refrigerator did not work properly. The staff was cordial. The location is good, but I won't stay there again.

The room was very basic definitely a traveler place for work or on the inexpensive lay your head down & sleep & keep going. The bed was so firm, the owner was kind, i bought food & had no cutlery he provided me w/some. I was on business & didn't want to break the bank so I opted for here it suited the purpose. I stay again for work if traveling.

Very good find in a quiet neighborhood. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room was a good size. Nice and clean. The amenities in the bathroom were great. With a light up mirror which was very nice. The shower was great pressure with plenty of hot water. The bed was very firm. I’m has a king so there were enough comfortable pillows. There was a very yummy Mexican food truck right across the street.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The property seemed quiet and clean. The room when you open the door was very out dated, and unappealing. There was a stale smell, and later found out that it was from the unplugged fridge. The bathroom was small and also had a uncleaned smell to it. The bed looked ok, and large. When we sat down, the loose metal frame killed it. When you looked at the sheets on it, you see there was other people's hair on it... we stripped the bed and laid our sheets on it, so that we could rest a bit. When we closed out eyes, you hear a train nearby.. and the walls have 0 insulation, so you hear the neighbors and people walking outside. We turned on the AC, and it stayed on for maybe 30 mins, then never came back on. We also noticed out skin was getting itchy, so that was our cue to leave. So in short, it was noisy, bad smell, hair on the sheets, furniture was stained and topped of with itchy skin after we left.
