The inn was overall a great place to stay. Our room was quite small but comfortable.

Here’s the thing. It’s massively over priced. But if you ignore the money, it’s a nice little Inn. It’s a shame it’s not some sort of family run establishment, that might make it feel a bit more cozy. But the new team there are very friendly if you give them the time of day. But you do leave feeling like you were ripped off. A shame really, because I had a very comfortable stay. If it was a quarter of the price you’d think it was great and would return again. Sadly I won’t.

I want to be honest. The staff, Sabrina— Anna John could not have been nicer ! The food was good even a decent wine list. 😢😢But the bed was horrible so soft augmented with what felt like cheap foam . I had the worst night . And the chairs in the restaurant and bar have lost their support . Even the best staff in the world ( and they were) can take responsibility for old tire furnishings

Staff were very friendly and engaging. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was terrible, no pressure at all. The restaurant was nice, but the food was way overpriced.

Great spot great service in Glencoe.

We had a wonderful one-night stay. Scott (reception and overall guest services) and Roman (waiter and barman) were both fantastic. Food was incredible at dinner and breakfast. Very close to Hidden Valley trailhead for the hiking crowd.
