    Watch your charges!
    I stayed here for spring break with my 2 teenagers. I notified the front staff about a sweet 16 party decorations hanging from the lamp post. Lady at front desk told me to bring stuff down next time I came that way. Wondering did that person get charged $250 to clean after that party? I signed on that Sunday that I did not need cleaning that day. That was the only day I was every asked about cleaning my room. The next several days no one came in my room to clean. Now, I could have asked for service but we didn't do a lot of things to require cleaning as I am skeptical about housekeeping taking things. However, isn't the staff suppose to come in and clean daily? Also, I was charged $250 to clean a room that their housekeepers did not come in and also I was NEVER notified by management. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told I was not charged anything extra and I would receive my deposit back but she would have a supervisor call me back and it would be in 20 minutes because she was on the phone with a customer. I NEVER received a call. I called back but would go to a voicemail that was full. I have NEVER been charged to clean a room. I am upset because I have not gotten any communication from anyone regarding this big charge or to even been asked about the room. I am frustrated and will not stay at another Hilton Garden Inn even though I have stayed here numerous of times in different states and not once been charged and have had the best experience until now!

    Bad customer service
    The front desk clerk, her name starts with a J, was unwilling to help me with a question I had about the shuttle service and was very Rude. I can't believe they have this employee representing their establishment. I called down to the front desk to ask her the number to the shuttle that goes to the AT&T stadium and she refused to give me the phone number because she had a line of people. The phone number was on the counter she was working from. It would have taken her 3 seconds to look down and read the number off instead of arguing with me but she refused. She didnt even offer to call me back with the number after she had finished with her line. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

    2nd Class Customer treatment.
    This hotel did not recognize my HOTEL.COM booking, they say our reservation numbers start with a 3. Oh you must have reserved on line wright??? Then she finally found my reservation. Next day, I call for extra towels, they asked "are you planning to extend your stay"? I said, no, I have a two (2) day reservation, o no you do not. You need to call Hotel.com and asked them to extend your stay. The door cards were deactivated, so I had to go back and ask to get new cards. I called HOTEL.COM three times for you guys to help. If this hotel do not want your business, I think you should drop them, is not worth the aggravation. Very pompous and not customer service oriented people here. I for one not planning to use this hotel anymore. I paid almost $400.00 for two nights, I think this deserves a much much better treatment. Thanks, Jose M Sandoval

    Hotel had only been open about 2 weeks when we arrived. Current cleaning staff doing poor job. We looked at 5 rooms before we found one we would accept. Drywall mud, screws, lint, dirt, other construction "droppings, but also dirty commode, dried toothpaste on vanity top..... Wait on this hotel till the cleaning staff gets their act together - after the construction crew finishes the last rooms. NOTE: because we booked this through Expedia, there was no easy way to move to another hotel. We arrived shortl before the event that prompted our travel, so we had to get in and dress for the event.

    I reserved two rooms for my family at the same time. They placed us in 301 & 601. I thought they would be side by side or at least on the same floor. That did not happen. When I asked about it, they told me it would be 10 minutes or so before they could check on it for me. Then called me and told me they could not help me without having a bed size change. Also, the first night of staying, there was an electrical fire smell. 5 fire trucks showed up and I did not get to sleep until midnight. Nobody ever came and freshened up our room with towels or cups or made the beds. I always had to call.
