The property is currently being renovated. The rooms are nice and updated. The outside looks a little tired, but they are upgrading. I have stayed here before and the breakfast has changed, no eggs, bagels etc. It was located on 2nd floor and now is in the lobby. Which makes it more accessible. The muffins and coffee machine were good. The staff was helpful. There was an issue and Hotels.com and the hotel resoved the issue very professionally. Nice place to stayed.

The room was clean but the bathroom fixtures were falling apart. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Breakfast was non existent. The staff is very friendly though. My son found the gentleman running the night desk very entertaining to talk to and now feels Victoriaville is a friendly place to visit. Good work!

Place needs an update for sure. Didn’t even think the place was opened it looked so rough. Staff were perfect when I checked in, they were very nice and quick to get me my room. Room was very dirty. Sheets were stained, found bugs on the bed (not bed bugs) ,floor was filthy. Bed was very uncomfortable and the ac was quite loud. Basic continental breakfast.

Had a wonderful time; We had a problem with the first room (a small water leak) The staff were amazing, especially the host at the desk (Christian) he was fast, was in touch with the manager (off site) and took pictures of the issue.I can say I would return and hopefully I can get the same room. :)

Spent 6 nights in the hotel. Room cleaning service is by request and only when the cleaning lady has time. Mostly she is too busy to take care of it. The hotel is also doing reconstruction. The hallway got at least 4 mattresses lying against the wall for the days we are staying.

The rooms were clean but old. We were on the second floor which was extremely hot. The room was like a sauna as the ac was off when we entered. It took several hours to cool down. We chose the hotel, partly for their included breakfast but come morning, there was none available. The desk clerk threw us a yogurt and offered us a Keurig cup of coffee. We would not stay there again.
