Great Hotel A++++ Service
This is our 7 or eight stay at this hotel in the last year and a half. Great hotel, great service and great value. We are a speedskating family and the fact that this hotel is very close to Pettit National Ice center is a huge plus. Highly Recommended.

Enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the hospital in the area, which made it really convenient. Breakfast had a nice variety. It had a pool, but no hot tub. I personally think both should be mandatory. I would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as I expected. The hotel was clean and I would stay there again. Breakfast was very good, and they had strawberry/banana juice which was great!

A good overall experience
The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. When we got there, the hotel was very hot and humid. Our room was especially stuffy, so we turned down the air unit. When we got back from dinner, our room was still very uncomfortable. I went downstairs to talk with the front desk employee and he was not helpful and a little bit rude. Basically said there was nothing he could do about it and no other rooms available. The room finally cooled off to a manageable temperature for sleeping. The next morning we spoke with the front desk staff and he was much more understanding and apologetic and discounted part of our rate and apologize for the inconvenience. He said he would have the air-conditioning on the second floor looked at and he made the overall experience a positive one. I would recommend this hotel, it is clean and the rooms are nice.
