This was my first stay at an AKA property. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There was a lot more space in the room than I anticipated. The room really could have accommodated at least for adults. Better than expected. Huge room with walk in closet and separate living room. Great service from Nekaya at the front desk and Fren/Fran? in housekeeping. Attached restaurant has great coffee and food. Views are amazing (ask to face water and UPenn. Attached parking garage where rates are just ok. Amenities are the highlight with a gorgeous huge resort style pool, outdoor lounge area with fire pit, gym and cinema.
