Good
Good hotel great service poor room.
Did not have the view of leicester square that was advertised. You could see it if you stood right in the corner of the room and pressed your head on the window. Our view was of the premier inn entrance

Overall fairly good
The staff were friendly when we first arrived. When we checked in we were disappointed with the room as it smelt strongly of damp, this could have been due to the fact it was a disabled access room and there was no barrier to stop the water from the wet room from going onto the carpet. We then asked to changed rooms as the smell was so strong. The receptionist explained that there was only one room out of the hotel that was left and we were welcome to have that. We had a quick look at it first then moved our bags. We were happy that we had been moved rooms so we weren’t in a damp room however our new room did not have a window which would have been nice. The bed and pillows were comfy. Since coming back to our hotel after the first day I had trouble finding my pyjamas and one of my bras due to the fact they had been thrown onto the floor in the corner of the room behind the clothing rail after leaving them on my pillow when we left for the day. We also picked up on the fact that after complaining about the room that the staff became less friendly throughout our stay. Aside from this the hotel is in a good location, is close to a number of attractions and is close to a number of tube stations so travelling is not an issue, there are also many nice places to eat in the area.

Good
not recomonded
The front door of the hotel is located at an alley between china town and M&M's world. We were disappointed by basically everything in the hotel. The area is noisy, and the window is facing to the wall. I am a frequent traveler to London, and I would strongly tell everyone not to book this hotel, for the price is disproportionate to the service and the room. While the hotel is close to China town, where you can get great food easily, there were also so many drunk ppl puking at the street, it was a Wednesday when we stayed there.
