Very Good
Nice hotel in great location.
Our second stay at this hotel and still like it. Very close to great facilities at Whiteley Village. Only downside, and still the same as the last visit, is the lack of staff. They always seem to operate on the bare minimum, or actually less than they need. On check in there was a queue of people waiting for bar service and also waiting to check in, and then at breakfast people waiting for plates, food to be refilled, drinks to be refilled, etc, etc. An extra person at each time would help and make the stay just that little bit nicer. Also the wifi would not connect, we automatically connected from the last visit, but it would not actually allow me to use internet.

Noisy but nice
I found the hotel very well appointed, decorated, cleaned in fact it was quite funky and would give 10/10 for this. The check-in was a little off there seemed to be only one member of staff in the bar but when the second person arrived he was very efficient and cheerful. The checkout experience was the same, waited ages for someone and eventually gave up and just left the card on the desk. The building itself sadly is beneath it’s very nice decorations, a concrete and steel box which seems to amplify sound and because of this I had a very poor sleep.
