Good spot
Good location and nice size apartment. Has all the facilities you’d want but lacking a little touch of finesse. Staff on reception are friendly but I overheard one member speaking to a client from a room upstairs and I wouldn’t of been too happy if it was me on the phone. Other than that, nice place. I’d stay again.

Reception lady was very rude no manners what’s so ever apartments were nice ! Unfortunately our trip was slightly ruined by the police being at the apartments for nearly 24 hours due to stabbings

Nice but had some issues.
We stayed in room 23 which we had an issue with the microwave that was smoking and set the alarm off, a kettle that spat out hot water through the spout which caused my hand to burn. I paid for a queen bed apartment which it definitely wasn't a queen size it was more a double. I did call reception about this but they didn't do anything and claimed it was a queen but it was a double. I've seen a queen size bed and it wasnt a queen. Our phone wasn't working or the mobile gadget next to it either so I had to call from my mobile. Other than those issues it was a nice stay. Just didn't have any luck in our room especially it being for my partners Birthday.
