Breakfast was amazing, hotel was really nice very close for the haram with a good mall inside it. Only thing was the air con in the room kept switching off through the night meaning the room would warm up very fast. And the pillows are a bit too soft. Other than that a really nice place to stay
Very good experience
HIGHLY RECOMENDED
I got double charged which I discovered on checking my bank statements. Prior to that o was told that I had no booking and I was at the wrong hotel.
In a nutshell Fantastic location Really good breakfast WiFi not so good Shame about SOME staff ( really rude and not helpful) Please please make note their QUAD ROOMS do NOT have 4 single beds They give you 2 single and 2 futon beds Which are not for adults and really NOT comfortable all squeezed in a twin room. Otherwise nice hotel
Excellent location, esp for ladies with children. Located opposite to king Fahad Gate just across the road. You can reach to Haram is about 3 - 4 minutes. Hotel is very close to the shops and restaurants. ( Kabooter Chowk ). The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and respectful to the guests. We arrived early morning and Abrahim at the reception gave us room in 10 minutes which was not due for check in until late afternoon. This was a pleasant surprise after a tiring journey from UK. Excellent hot shower and spacious ensuite bathroom available. We felt quite safe as there is good security . available on the entrances 24 hours. I must admit that we got a very good deal during half term school break but you may not be that lucky during Ramadan or Haj season. Taxis available just outside the hotels. We 'll strongly recommend the hotel.
In a busy city like Makkah it's very difficult to find a slightly quieter spot but this hotel and the mall which it is on top of are exactly that. Good options for food in the food court and not too far from the Ka'aba although there are closer hotels. Breakfast was amazing here and the general service was fantastic. There were 2 problems, the toilet in the restaurant was very unclean and the bell boy did take a long time to come up and help us with our bags at check out.
Excellent stay top hotel with quality service and 7* breakfast
