Hotel has a good location. 5 mins walk to Motomachi area and Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse. Breakfast is excellent! and there is happy hour from 5-9pm. Hotel has a private bath from 4-10pm (45mins/time) but need to reserve (reservation starts from 3pm, free of charge). Staffs are very kind and polite.

Close to ropeway to top of Mount Hakodate, 2 mins walk. 3 stops on tram from train station. Staff friendly and helpful. Given choice of washing toiletries. Room lovely, bigger than usual for single traveller. Free breakfast and WiFi and mobile for exploring Hakodate.

Very conveniently located hotel just down from the Motomachi part of Hakodate. Very clean, excellent service and efficient service. Be sure to reserve with breakfast - probably the best I've had at any hotel in this price range in 35 years of travel. You won't regret staying here!

Wonderful hotel. Close to many of Hakodate sights, trams and dining options. Huge room for Japan. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Lovely touches like free bar in the evening with canapés. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't realize the hotel has an onsen you can reserve for your family private use for 45 minutes which was a highlight of the trip because onsens are usually gender separate. Reservations are made in person from 3 pm with the last slot at midnight. Breakfast was incredible and totally worth the price.

Wonderful hotel and will recommend to anyone
This small hotel is a hidden gem in Hakodate. Staff is so friendly and service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is the best among hundreds of hotels that we have stayed all over the world. Apparently, no details is missed and everything is paid enough attention. There is even a happy hour in the lobby serving wine, shots, and beer. If there is anything to be picky it would be the bed but that is totally individually preferred.
