Ok for a night
Friendly stuffs, but the room has no window. The latch doesn’t work well. No face towels have to ask for it. This is the first time that the hotel didn’t provide face towel. Wi-fi and hot water is good. Near shopping and many restaurants.

I like the East Coast location, halfway between the city and airport. It's a short walk to the beach and shopping complexes with bus services across the road to most major destinaions. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate if a bit small. Whilst breakfast is not of International hotel buffet standard it was adequate too.

Hotels staff allowed large group of children to yell and run up and down the hallway at 1:30am. When the front desk was called it took another 15mins for the children to finally stop yelling and running up and down the hallway.

Arrived quite early around 11a.m. I was told my room was not ready (no problem). They called me around 2 to inform me that my room is now available for check in. They gave me a room without a window despite giving the impression in pictures that the room will have one. The electronic door handle broke easily and I could not enter twice. The maintenance crew was readily available but he did not solve the problem permanently. The receptionist were all friendly though.

Excellent location, comfortable, and clean
I arrived from an evening flight, just in time to walk 2 blocks to a great local restaurant with excellent, takeout, tom yam soup! I walked by MANY choices for food and bars, and ATM machines. My room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. I will stay here again. The only bummer was my room window was barely a slot (again, I didn't mind as I flew in late and was flying out the next morning at the crack of dawn). I don't care too much, except that this is not an inexpensive place to stay. I would be disappointed if I was going to be there at all for any length of time. Staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind.
