Overall good stay
Everything was good .i found the beds too hard to sleep on even the pillows were not so comfortable. Memory sleeps pillows would make everything 5 star.trolleys making unpleasant noise .

Great resort - we were there in December for 2 weeks over Christmas and the staff went above and beyond for the holidays. The food was excellent and there was something new each day. Down sides were that it was winter so pool was too cold and there were no outdoor activities. Short walk to the beach where there are plenty of chairs but approx. 12 KM away from old town Side.

We were not satisfied:
The beds are a disaster,
food is of low quality, overcooked and tasteless, swimming pools are cold,
Bad service, not attentive
The guests during our stay were mainly German senior guests (60+) not many kids nor English-speaking people.

Alles war perfekt das personal sehr freudlich essen war sehr gut das personal von der animation war sehr sehr freundlich lustig unterhaltsam vorallem der Kenan von animation und die 3 frauen von animation waren sehr lieb ich und meine kinder hatten sehr viel spass hoffe nächstes jahr wider sidestar resort buchen
