The front desk name “harry” or sounds alike was not very polite. I requested for 12pm check in and he said the guest was still in the room and it needs to be cleaned first, I told him “but I requested for early check in since my flight is arriving early he said; “like I said, the room is still not available,You may take a seat and I will call you after the room is done” he used “like I said” too many times about the questions I needed answers for. This front dest should not be in the front desk if he has not pleasing personality. He needs to be trained by his filipino coworkers.The room was very pleasant and clean tho you need to bring your own toiletries like hair cap, lotion,etc. the have toothbrushes by request and I had to call for another towel since I am with one more person and there was just a towel.hair dryer is upon request also. In fairness with their service, the service guy was fast.

I came to Dubai from Abu Dhabi for a dental procedure and travelled by bus. This location is directly across the street from the Ibn Battuta Bus Station, literally - step down from one sidewalk and step up on the next and you're at the hotel. The dental clinic is a seven-minute ride away. Since my dental appointment is at 11:00, the timing is perfect for me to finish at the dentist and get to the hotel, just in time to check in. Then, straight to my room for rest and relaxation before going back to Abu Dhabi the next day. Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect staff, perfect rooms. I love this hotel...10 out of 10 rating!

This hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the Bus Station and the Metro. Additionally, it's two minutes from Ibn Battuta Mall, which has an abundance of shopping opportunities, a food court and a Carrefour supermarket. It is also located very close to Jumeirah Beach. Premier Inn is exceptionally comfortable. The staff is pleasant and professional and the accommodations are very well appointed. I've stayed in Premier Inn hotels in other locations and have not been disappointed by any of them. Very reasonable and very affordable pricing. This hotel is a win/win!
