Booked hotel as it was cheapest in Cranbrook. Was not dissapointed got what we paid for but the guy on front desk was really helpful and we received great service.

There was a real funky odor in the room. I donèt know if it was stale tobacco smoke or something else, but it really needed a good airing out. The bed was comfortable enough. They provided 2 $5 Tim Hortons gift cards instead of providing a coffee pot. Probably a smart choice. It was a place to stay, and we had a good sleep. That is all we asked for.
