The apartment was incredibly well situated and appointed and worked perfectly for our group. Communication with the host was very easy and he was always available to answer any questions. We had an excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Great place
Really loved this place. Wonderful room, comfy beds, clean, great view, and minutes from metro and rossio square. Once you realize the door codes consist of 1.) building door, 2.) hostel entrance, and 3.) your room, it is super convenient. They dont have reception, but somebody was still often there -- super friendly and thankfully spoke english well. Only things are i wish theyd explained the kitchen areas better, and during the day there is a noisy dog outside, but it apparently sleeps inside at night.

This is a good clean place to stay. Very easy to reach by metro and in walking distance of restaurants. E mails are confusing regarding reception as they state that there is no reception onsite yet also ask you to check in at reception between 10 and 19:00 . There is a reception desk in the hall on 3rd floor manned at the stated times!

A solid place to stay
My friend and I stayed here during our recent trip to Lisbon. The location is excellent (very close to the metro) but the venue itself isn’t accessibility-friendly. There is a rickety elevator that can take you to the 3rd floor where the rooms are or you can walk up the (very) poorly lit dark windy staircase to the suites. The room we stayed in was neat & tidy but didn’t really come with any extras (which was fine - we didn’t spend much time in the room). My only feedback would be to smooth out the booking process of this venue. I originally booked through hotels.com but was then informed via an email that my booking had been cancelled due to lack of payment. Turns out, this place never even tried to bill my credit card and I ended up reaching out to the venue directly to sort it out. Frustrating. So be prepared to do a little more follow up if you want to book here!
