It was a very clean and comfortable room we stayed in, there was a fine dining restaurant and a pub that both kids could go too. Staff at the front desk was only two people rotating shifts the man was not as friendly as I would hope for as the face of the hotel. There was no pool or breakfast included is why itโ€™s not a 5 star but overall a nice hotel to stay at for a weekend in a place that has so many adventures near by.

I have stayed here a couple of times for work. Easy check in and check out process. Beautiful artwork throughout the building. Nice linens and comfortable bedding. On my most recent trip, I noticed a few upgrades that really made my stay more pleasant (though I'm unsure if this was just the room I was in or if it was the entire building)... Double black out curtains and the most divine toiletries! Lovely place to stay in Port Hardy.

Room appears to more than adequate, the check-in was a warm welcome, and the dining room server Leah encouraged me to enjoy an exquisite dinner. Their house red is a Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc(one of the best of BC wines)!
