Friendly and very helpful staff , food and drinks at the bar good prices, walking distance to beach, old town and lidl if you want to stock up on selfcatering food and drinks, rooms are clean and a good size with everything you need the only moan I had was we only had five days there but that's not Bitacoras fault , can't wait to get back loved it

VERY SPACIOUS WITH GREAT FACILITIES RECEPTION VERY HELPFUL GOOD STORAGE FACILITIES FOR LUGGAGE AND LOCKED AWAY. NICE RESTAURANT AND SMALL SUPERMARKET. ONLY DOWNFALL WE WERE IN THE CORNER OF THE COMPLEX AND DID NOT GET THE SUN BUT I WOULD GO BACK TO THESE APPARTMENTS

Excellent staff - really helpful
I had an unplanned stay in Bitacora Lanzarote Club when my wife took ill after a dive and was hospitalized in Lanzarote. The staff were really helpful - they extended the room stay twice so I didn't have to move, and also helped me with scanning documents for the insurance company. It was a very stressful time for me, made much easier by the wonderful staff at Bitacora Club.

Bitacora appartments. Great location .nice feel to complex very friendly staff. Nice bar/restaurant with good prices great little shop on site .receptiin very helpful. Rooms could do with a little bit if tlc but good and clean.

Decent self catering apartment with nice pool location ok 10minute Walk too Aldi and similar too the bar areas up a bit of a hill but taxi only 3 euros back so no big deal overall a nice place too stay

Good enough location (up cardiac hill, but we knew that) nice apartment, comfy beds, wife could’ve done with a dressing table to get ready at. Would definitely return. Music round the pool would be nice, there is a sunny side. Very friendly & knowledeable receptionist, great bar staff, over all a really enjoyable stay.

Bitacora October Vacation
Bitacora is cheap and cheerful. It is away front the busy beach side road but an easy walk to all amenities, in a good location. Nice pools and a really good little bar serving food, with extremely pleasant staff. I have stayed before. Would I stay again. Of course, as it represents good value for money. It is not The Ritz but you are not paying for The Ritz.
