The hotel staff were really friendly and warming Everything with the room was ok does need decorating as marks all over the walls and the ensuite I just didn't want to use the shower it had moldy floor and was freezing! But we both slept like babies the bed was amazing and comfy The entertainment was great singer on both nights and the happy hour was fab The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and warm, so much choice was very happy with the food! We would stay again it was in brilliant location just would go at diff time of year

Amazing restaurant, staff and basement lounge.
Amazing restaurant with excellent meals and brilliant help yourself breakfast. Family room with sea view was very small though and the futon bed was very hard and uncomfortable so could not let child sleep on it and adult got no sleep on it. The sea view was amazing though and the staff were lovely. Great basement bar with games for kids and lovely live singer.

Could be a lot better.
Small room where a new carpet had been fitted but could hardly open the doors as they hadn't been altered. One of the ceiling tiles was missing and you could see the roof space. Rest of tiles were dirty. Toiletries weren't renewed daily and bed wasn't changed throughout stay. Hardly enough room in toilet to move because of shower, which had little power and water onky truckled out. Breakfast was of a good quality and staff were helpful. Room could have done with a good clean. Situation of hotel is ideal and although car parking spaces are small they are a welcome addition. Price was good but unfortunately won't be returning.

About our stay
We stayed one night with 2 of our grandchildren and the only thing I can think of to find fault with was that the toilet cistern took a long long time to refill so all in all was very very good, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, they have a bar downstairs and there was a singer on as well
